Moving To Dubai – The Real Reason Rich People Move to Dubai

I live in Dubai and the UAE most of the time of the year. And after traveling to so many different countries and continents all around the world, I choose Dubai as my home. And the main reason why I choose it, and also why many people choose it, is not the taxes, the zero taxes, and the business freedom. That’s amazing. But on top of all of that, you also have complete safety and peace. You don’t need to worry about when you go to your car at night, if you’re going to get stabbed or shot, is your car going to get broken into? Is somebody going to steal your Rolex? Is somebody going to steal your phone, your computer? I left my laptop, my MacBook in a hotel lobby for an hour. I forgot about it. I had a meeting. I came back an hour later and the laptop was still there because the culture in Dubai and overall people here, they think, I’m not going to steal from that guy.

I have enough for myself. And if you do steal, if somebody from a poor country comes here and they plant to steal, they’re going to get deported. They’re going to get banned from Dubai and the ue. It’s an amazing place that you don’t want to get banned from. So nobody takes that risk. That’s why there’s not that many people that are citizens or permanent residents. Everybody’s always on edge. You either make money or you leave. And if you’re a low income person, there’s many of them here. They always get jobs. They’re always on the hunt for making more money because they have to. They can’t become homeless. There’s absolutely no homeless people here. If there’s a homeless person and they’re not from this country, they get deported. If they are from this country, they get a free house. So there’s no homeless people. The streets are clean. Everything is absolutely amazing.

Recently in the news, there was a case of one French guy and his motorbike. He left the motorbike in a bad part of town, in front of a grocery store. And when he came back, everything was stolen. Keys, wallet id, passport, absolutely everything. They found the guy that stole from him. A couple of hours later, they deported. The guy gave everything back to the French guy, and that was the end of it. Maybe not everything makes it to the news, but overall, it’s one of the safest places in the world. Abu Dhabi and Dubai, the main cities in the UE are some of the safest cities in the world, the top five in the world. You can wear whatever you want. You can take a Richard Mill watch, half a million dollar watch. I know people that leave it in the Sunbed and they come back hours later, and it’s still on that sunbed because nobody dares to steal something from you. In countries in Europe, you’ve seen crime rates go up in the us, crime rates are going up, shootings are going up. Canada, all over Land America. There’s people that say, oh, come live in Costa Rica. Come live. Okay, these countries are amazing. I’m from Latin America, I’m from Puerto Rico. But the crime is insane. Cars are getting broken into homes are getting broken into. People are losing their phones on the street. You got to always be on edge. In Europe, when you go to Prague or Budapest,

You always got to be on edge. You never know when somebody’s going to steal something from you. And countries that get promoted here on YouTube, a lot like Georgia, you need to be very careful. In Georgia, especially in the big streets, in the main city, you got to be very careful. Somebody might steal your phone, your jewelry, your girlfriend’s earrings or something. You always have to be on edge at night. You always have to look behind your back. In Dubai, that doesn’t happen. And that’s why people when they come here and they see, oh wow, it’s so developed, it’s so nice, it’s clean, and it’s also extremely safe. You can leave your door open at night and nothing happens. And that’s the main reason why so many people choose this city. The safety, the no homelessness. And me coming from an extremely dangerous place, Puerto Rico, I truly appreciate that.

You don’t need guarded security all the time. Even if you’re a famous person, you don’t need security all the time because there’s nobody that’s going to touch you or punch you. There’s no drunk people on the street. There’s no drunk driving, even though some people drive drunk, but the penalties for that are insane as well. People maintain the rule of law. And also you can be free in your expression as long as it’s not against the government or against any of these big institutions here. But like in the United States with the wokeness and also in Europe and Canada and Australia, the woke movement, if you say one wrong thing and you don’t say something that aligns with their clown world philosophy, you get canceled. You get blocked, your channel gets deleted. Not here because nobody cares. Here. The roles of traditional people, I’m trying to be very careful with my words here, but the traditional roles of men and women and families, they’re respected.

It’s not as if you say something wrong, you’re going to get canceled. It doesn’t exist here. People don’t care about that. They’re here to make money, to progress, to network, and to improve their lives. Overall, as a wealthy individual, one of the best things you can do to protect your wealth, your family, your life in general, is to live in a place that is safe, peaceful, where people follow the law. A place where you can also have a developed city, a great lifestyle with great quality of life. And you don’t need to worry about where your kids go at night or your wife goes, you can be at peace. Nobody’s going to steal anything from you. And that’s one of the best things that this city has. What attracts so many people and becomes one of the top cities to live in the world
